Title of product Features

This gas seperation contraption consists of two major equipment, one is the 150L jacketed reactor, the other is the 100L flash tank. 
They are connected by the pipeline and controlled by the PID intelligent controller.
150L reactor
ᆞDesign pressure: 1.3 Mpa
ᆞDesign temperature: 220°C
ᆞMedium: Water solution with mild corrosion
ᆞMaterial: 
reaction kettle: Stainless steel S316L 
Jacket: carbon steel Q345R
Flange: carbon steel 16Mn
ᆞStirrer type: paddle + Anchor   
There is solid reactant medium , so the anchor style stirrer is needed.
ᆞHeating type: Thermal oil bathed elecric heating
ᆞApplication:
The reactor provide the required conditions for the reatants. After the reaction is finished, the discharge valve is open and the product will be pressed into the flash tank by pressure inside the kettle.

ᆞDesign temperature: 150°C
ᆞMedium: products from 150L reactor.
ᆞMaterial: stainless steel S316L 
ᆞInlet port: three steps variable diameter connection
ᆞApplication:
The flash tank is designed to seperate the gas from the liquid. The principle is the boiling point of medium will be reduced when pressure gets down.

Configurations 

 1, One set of PID intelligent controller, with frequency conversion speed regulation, motor current display, temperature display, heating temperature control controllable.
 2, A magnetic coupler, with ordinary horizontal motor reducer, with frequency converter.   
 3, Charged heater.  
 4, Equipped with kettle cover opening required valve, pressure gauge, safety valve, platinum resistance, feeding port with blind plate (connecting pipe as short as possible), discharge port with under valve. 
 5. The material of the kettle head is stainless steel S31603, and other materials in contact with the kettle are stainless steel S31603, and the flange material is 16Mn.  Jacket material Q345R, kettle cover open valve and up valve material are stainless steel S31603. 
 6, with insulation.  Material Carbon steel coating. 
 7. Discharge pressure is about 0.8MPa.
