Hydrothermal Autoclave Reaction Vessels ( also called acid digestion vessels, or pressure vessels) are loaded into the loops inside the Rotary Reactor's chamber, which can rotate, stir, and heat at a simply constant temperature. It is especially suitable for small-batch production of scientific research units.

There are certain numbers of steel loops mounted on the spindle inside the Chamber of the Rotary Reactor. The Hydrothermal Autoclave Reaction Vessels would be plugged into the loops. When turning on the power, the motor aside the chamber starts, and the spindle will be turned around. As soon as the spindle rotates, the loops turn too, so that the reactant medium in the Hydrothermal Autoclave Reaction Vessels can stir inside. |

Advantages of Rotary Reactor:
(1) It is a simple and quick experimental equipment, mainly used with Hydrothermal Autoclave Reaction Vessels (pressure vessels).
It can be used for the reaction of small amounts of materials, according to the proportion of materials loaded by the user. The reaction time is different, and a variety of reactions can be realized at a time, which can help the user to obtain the desired experimental data in a short period.
(2) Because of the small volume, it is hard to add a stirrer to the pressure vessel.
Rotary reactor adds a rotating shaft and motor to the thermostat box (Chamber), and the motor speed is controlled by a frequency converter.
The pressure vessels can be fixed on the rotating shaft through the loops, so that can realize the stirring function rather than static, and effectively promote the reaction.
