I Horizontal Storage Tank
1.1 Product description:
Main structure: It is composed of tank, base bracket, flanges, top inlet, outlet and other inlet and outlet ports, level meter, and other accessaries.
1.1.1. Tank:
It is the main part of horizontal storage tanks, usually made of steel plate, with a certain degree of strength and corrosion resistance. The size and shape of the tank depends on the type and quantity of material to be stored.
1.1.2. Base bracket:
It supports the weight of the tank and the stored material. The support structure is usually made of steel and has a certain degree of strength and stability.
1.1.3. Import and export ports and pipings:
They are used to import and export the substances. The inlet and outlet pipes are usually made of steel or plastic pipes with certain corrosion resistance.
1.1.4. Explosion-proof device:
Sometime, the explosion-proof devices are needed to ensure the safety of stored substances. Explosion-proof devices usually include safety valves, rupture discs and so on.
1.1.5. Level meter:
A liquid level meter can monitor the liquid level of the stored material. The liquid level meter usually includes float level meter, radar level meter and so on.
1.1.6. Accessories:
Horizontal storage tanks also need some accessories to facilitate operation and maintenance, such as ladders, platforms, guardrails and so on.
