Scientific Research

Reactors are essential science equipment for science education or research in schools, institutes, and industries.
The scientific research reactors made by WHGCM are mainly laboratory reactors made of metal.
The kettle body material mainly adopts 0Cr18Ni9 (304), 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (316L), 1Cr18Ni9Ti (321), and can be made according to the requirements of different media titanium (TA2), nickel, tantalum, zirconium, Hastelloy, spraying of tetrafluoroethylene in the kettle and lining of nickel (Ni6).
They include all of the Lab Reactors ( LR ), Rotary Reactor for Pressure Vessel (RRPV), Lifting Flipping Reactors ( LFR), and partial of Reactor System ( RS ) , which are listed in our website's specification category.

Besides the reactors mentioned above, there are also other types of reactors for scientific research.
1, Microwave Reactor:
A reactor that uses microwave radiation to accelerate the rate of a reaction.
Microwave reactors use microwave radiation to accelerate chemical reactions, often achieving reactions in a relatively short time that would be difficult to accomplish by conventional methods. This kettle type is suitable for rapid synthetic reactions, such as organic synthesis, catalytic reactions, and so on.
Volume: Typically ranges from a few milliliters to several liters.
Temperature: ranges from room temperature to about 200°C.
Pressure: Mostly operated at atmospheric pressure.

2, Electrochemical reactor:
Used to carry out electrochemical reactions, such as electrolysis and electrodeposition. Electrochemical reactors are used to carry out electrochemical reactions, such as electrolysis, electrodeposition, and so on. They play an important role in electrochemical research and electrochemical engineering.
Volume: various sizes, from a few milliliters to several liters.
Temperature: usually a wide range, from room temperature to high temperature.
Pressure: usually operated at atmospheric pressure.
