Industrial Reactor

For these reactors with vessel volumes over 1,000 liters, we called them industry reactors, or industrial reactors.

They are large-scale batch reactors.  A kind of reaction vessel for the chemical reaction process. It is mainly used production of chemicals such as styrene, polyvinyl chloride, phenolic resin, and cleaning agents that require reactors to complete.

In the pharmaceutical industry, it is also necessary to complete the synthesis or extraction of some drugs through reactors.
Additionally, they are used in petroleum, rubber, pesticides, dyes, and food to complete processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation. The name of the reactor itself, people also call it reactor, reactor kettle, reaction kettle, mixing tank, or direct reaction vessel.

Generally, we further categorize industrial reactors according to their volume specifications. In different volume ranges, they have their own corresponding specification requirements.

Heating Style

Self-lubricating wear-resistant sleeve made of stainless steel, suitable for mixing various mediums at high speed.

Contact material
Contacting material mainly use Cladding Plate of Stainless Steel SS304+Mild Steel Q345R, SS316L +Q345R, SS321+Q345R, or use pure stainless steel; Or use Titanium, Nickel, Zirconium, Hastelloy, Inconel, or Monel Cladding Plate, or coating with Teflon PTFE or PPL as per customer request.
Kettle Lid Open Port
Gas port, Liquid port, Thermawell port, Solid feeding port, Pressure gauge, Burst disc( safety valve) port,  Manhole (Hand hole),  Cooling water inlet/outlet port ( or Visual glass port and other port according to working pressure).
Controller
Equipped with automatic PID or PLC controller, temperature control accuracy ±1°C; Can display and control Mixing speed and heating temperature; Can adjust heating power for constant temperature, also has a self-adjustment function.
Other Accessories
If the user has other special requirements on kettle cover, kettle body opening, internal structure, high and low pressure, stirring paddle, and other supporting devices ( such as refluxing unit, condenser, constant feeding tank, collector, etc ) we can manufacture ODM reactors according to user's requests.
