Pre-sales Services
- Consulting for Feasibility study
We offer free consulting service when your project is still at the feasibility study stage. The consulting is mainly focus on the equipment producing, such as reactor type, metal & alloy selection, the complementary of parts & components consulting, etc.
- Free information drawing
We offer free design as per the work conditions of the reactors offered by your side.
The work conditions are including pressure, temperature, and volume required by the reaction medium.
- Manufacture quoting
The quotation could be offered as per either the information drawing we prepared or a drawing from yourside.
Besides, we could offer freight cost to your designated address, because of our extensive experience of reactor exportation.
In-sales Services
- Technical support
Our sale team offers fluent communication between you and our engineers.Any inquiry regarding to the reactor technique would be properly dealed with.
- Design revisement
We respect and welcome all the innovation sparks during the techincial discussing, and willing to offer our professional consulting to make it real. Please note the drawing is only available for revising before the produce drawing is confirmed. Any revisement on the confirmed produce drawing would result extra cost, especially after the producing process is started.
Post-sales Service
We're ready to support you with all of the doubts on the finished reactors.
The online installation support will be offered if you have problem with the installation.
Even the guarrantee period of the reactor is expired, we could offer the consulting for your interests without any expense.
