1.1 Laboratory Reactors

If you have confirmed the reaction conditions of the product, and you want to scale up experimental reaction volume, or want to get reliable experimental data, or make further modifications to the process to eliminate the parts that are not suitable for industry, and then develop a suitable process for production, you can customize the pilot reactor.

The reactors are mainly made from metal. Those involving non-metallic materials are generally PTFE lined kettles.
