clad plate ( S316L + Q345R ) size: Dia.1400mm * H 1700mm The high diameter ratio is very commen in batch reactors. Wall's thickness S316L 3mm, Q345R 16mm. The S316L is for corrosion resistance purpose, the 3mm thickness could ensure the 10 years design life in this application. Batch production: The reactants are charged into the kettle while the ports at one time, after a long time of stirring under the required pressure and temperature. Surface: The external material of the cylinder is carbon steel, so it is painted for rust resistance. |
carbon steel Q345R. Because the thermal oil inside the jacket isn't corrosive to the carbon steel. So, the Q345R is applied for the cost saving. Housing's thickness: 10 mm. Heating ports The bottom of the jacket has packs of joints for the electric heaters. The total power of the heater are sufficient to heat the thermal oil to 250°C. The thermal oil is charged into the jacket via inlet port of the jacket, and there is a outlet port of the jacket for oil discharge too. Because these ports, a port for expander is also welded on the jacket wall. A thermalwell is inclined injected into the jacket. The thermalmeter will be put into the thermal well and measure the temperature of the oil inside the jacket. Surface The jacket surface is spray painted with bule color. We also have other color available and it is optional as per customers request. Lugs 10mm thickness of the jacket wall is strong enough to support the reactor. So, the lugs are welded directly onto the jacket. |

S316L. The coils will be input the refrigerant with low temperature after the cooling is required. It usually works after the heating has been finished. Together with the heating jacket, they could offer accurate temperature adjustment for the reaction. |
