Vacuum distillation
The reactor is the application of fractional distillation principle.
Because the boiling point will reduced at low pressure conditions, so the vacuum process starts after the reaction is finished. 
At the set up temperatures, each components of medium will be distilled.
After they getting through the fractional distillation column and the horizonal condenser, the component become into liquid and collected by the receiving tank at last.
Vacuum ports
ᆞThere are two ports are used as vacuum ports in this design.
ᆞThe vent port on the reactor head.
ᆞWhen this port connect with the vacuump pump, it is used to expel the unwanted gas within the reactor. This process is usually done before the reaction after the medium is charged into the reactor kettle.
The vacuum port on the buffer tank
The vacuum process is done for the distillation contraption when vacuum pump connect to this port. 
1、The distillation device is including the condensers, receiving tank and buffer tank, that similar with most of the reactor system with distillation. The only differece are the sizes of each part, which is designated by client. 2、All kinds of necessary instruments are applied and assembled on the ports nozzels, to meet the distillation monitoring and controlling purposes.
3、The agitator is made from helical ribbon impeller and archor frame impeller, which are also required by customer. 4、In order to make it easy for kettle cleaning, an electric lifting and flipping device is equiped for this system.
