Components for rotary: The chamber material is stainless steel, and other parts are mainly made from carbon steel and spray painted. The vessels for rotating with the volume of 100ml. Strirring speed is only 80 RPM. So, although it could operate 12pcs of vessel a time, the power of motor could be 0.35KW only. Motor and reducer: The motor and reducer are choosen as per required spindle speed and the length of the loop handle.

Parts in chamber: The right photo is the inside view of the chamber. The chamber could be heating with the hot air, and finally increase the temperature upto 250°C. Because the vessels are fixed on the loops , and rotating during the opertions. So, all of them could be evenly heated by the hot air. With the effort of rotation and heating from the machine, the medium inside the pressure vessel could react at required conditions. All of the parts inside the chamber are made from stainless steel and mirror polished, so they could resistant the mild corrosion of water vapor contained inside the hot air. The diameter of the rotary axis is designed to withstand the torque caused by the loops. The loops are fixed on the axis with C type part with the screw. |
