Photo of reactor Reactor Overview:
  • Volume: 0.5L.
  • Over size: D300mm * H390mm.
  • Kettle: D50mm * T25mm.
  • Material: Inconel 625 and stainless steel 304.The housing of the insulation is stainless steel S304.
  • The kettle and the parts that to contact with medium are made from Inconel 625.
  • The kettle is heated by the Muffle furnace, which has the power of 3KW and it is sufficient enough to heat the medium from room temperature to 600°C.
  • The insulation jacket is applied to ensure the energy saving and personal protecting features.
Main flange:
  • Main flange is made as per design pressure of 46MPa.
  • Due to the high pressure requirement, the main flange seems supper thick in this reactor. 
  • The flange , bolts, and nuts are all made from stainless steel S304.
  • The inner part of the flange contacting the medium are surfacing welding with Inconel 625.

Nozzle close up Nozzles and ports:
Compact design:
  • The nozzles are stretched out in horizonal postion from upper flange lid. In order to promise the strength of the lid, the ports are reasonable compacted.The instruments such as pressure gauge, burst dic,and pressure transmitter are assembled on the bypass of main port.
  • The bypasses are controlled by the needle vavles, so to control the using of the accordingly instrument. 
Individual cooling parts:
  • The water jacket is applied on the main pipe close to the kettle, so that it could reduce the temperature to acceptable level.
  • The pipes and cooling parts are 304 too.
