This reactor is designed as a part of the pilot plant, which is used to produce organic chemicals. The corrosion resistance requirement results in the use of Titanium and PTFE material for this reactor.
Description
Feature configurations:

magnetic shaft sleeve and flanges photo 1, The explosion proof parts such as magnetic sealing shaft sleeve, ex proof motor, and RF flanges are applied because of the medium  ether and phenylsilane.
2, The two-layer stirrer and 4 pcs of baffles are equiped for sufficient mixing purposes. drawings shows the stirrer and baffles
Photo shows the discharge valve port 3, The material inside kettle to contact medium are Titanium, and discharge valve is lined with PTFE , so that the reactor could handle the reaction with corrosion caused by medium.
4, The titanium elbow is applied to fit the other parts of the whole pilot plant. Photo shows the elbow port
