Title of Product Configurations

1, One set of control cabinet
With frequency conversion speed regulation, motor current display, pressure display, working time display, temperature display, heating temperature control, overpressure alarm; host computer software, temperature, pressure, speed and other recording and data output functions.  
Non-explosion proof, installed outside explosion proof zone. 
2, A direct-coupled magnetic coupler with explosion-proof motor (dIIBT4).  
With explosion-proof electric heater. 
3, Equipped with valves, pressure gauge, bursting disc, pressure sensor, temperature platinum resistance, feeding port with screw cap, discharge port with expansion valve, with wrench, standard accessories (bursting disc, gasket are used one for one); sleeve material PPL (with one for three). 
4, Equipped with 2 sets of 3L feeding tank, the material is stainless steel S31603.  
Valves, pressure gauges and bursting discs required for matching openings.  With 30kg explosion-proof electronic scale 2 sets. 
5, Material: 
Kettle body, head material for stainless steel S31603, flange material for stainless steel S30408.  
The jacket material is stainless steel S30408.  
3L receiver tank and condenser material is S31603, buffer tank material is S30408.

Charging tanks with measuring function
For lab research purposes, the volumes of EO and PO involves in the reaction are to be measured.
ᆞ The charging tanks are designed to bear 2Mpa pressure, with 3L of volume each.
ᆞ The measuring scales are applied for each of the medium.
ᆞ The tanks are made from S316L that has good corrosion resistance.
ᆞ The coils are assembled as buffer of liquid flow both at the inlets and the outlets of the tanks.
ᆞ The pressure gauges and burst discs are equiped for the tanks.
Stirrer
ᆞ The 550W Motor offers sufficient power for the high speed stirring.
ᆞ Motor is ex-proof designed.
ᆞ The magnetic shaft sleeve coupler is used to meet the high pressure high tempearture requirement.
ᆞ The paddle blade of strrier is applied for the mixing of the gas-liquid two phases medium.
Heating and cooling system
ᆞ The jacket is full of thermal oil, which will be heated by the electric bars injected from the bottom of jacket.
ᆞ An expander stretching out of the jacket is applied to offer enough room when the thermal oil is expanded by heat.
ᆞ The inner cooling coils is applied for cooling. The cooling water will flow through it and take the heat away.
Technologies for vacuum
ᆞ All of the parts that contact the medium are designed with proper thickness to withstand the vacuum condition.
ᆞ A draft force starts from the vacuum port of the buffer tank, by connecting a vacuum pump for the whole system.
ᆞ The DN20 ball valve would closed and seperate the high pressure condtions within the reactor and vocuum environment in the distillation contraption.This ball valve will be opened after the reaction is finished, and the gas products will get through the distillation parts become the liquid.
