Reaction Kettle:
Cylinder:
Dia.500mm * H420mm

Above sizes make the full volume of kettle to be 125 liters, which is belong to the pilot scale.
The thickness could with stand the vacuum and design pressure requested. 
Main flange:
It is use to connect the cylinder and head. 
Its specification is chosen as per the steel flange standard HG20592. The other standards belong to ASME and PET are available in our manufacturing. 
There is no enough room for manhole at pilot reactor, so the main flange is used. The flange will be opened when the maintainance is needed.

Agitator:
Magnetic Sealing coupler:
The highest sealing level is applied due to the hydrogen is involve in the reaction, so the magnetic sealing coupler is used for it.
Motor:
The power of the motor is 3.3 KW, which is higher than other cases in the pilot plant application.
The reason for using it is because of the high torque caused by high viscosity of the medium.  
Paddle:
It uses two-layer structure paddles. The upper paddle is a propeller to push the fluid downward, it is suitable for the stirring of gas and liquid mixture.
The lower paddle is an anchor frame with a large contact area with the medium, which is suitable for solid medium stirring. 
The combination of the blade create a full and even mixture of the dense medium.

Heating jacket:
Its material is carbon steel Q345R. Thermal oil will get into the jacket after being heated by the circulation heating tank, and get out from the jacket after it releases heat to the cylinder of the kettle.
There are baffles inside the jacket to improve the heat exchange rate.
There are four lugs welded outside the jacket. They will support the reactor on the pilotplant platform's floor.
Insulation Jacket:
There are several types of material optional for insulation. In this case, our customer chooses the rock wool.
Ports and nozzles:
The ports are mainly made from S30408. They are well welded with the nozzles on the reactor head for various purposes. The other end of nozzles are welded with flanges fitting their sizes.
There is a customized discharge valve with heating wire and insulation  at the bottom of the kettle body. So that the end products won't be caking due to low temperature.  
The DN100 port for condensing is opened and welded with flange to connect the pilot-plant's condenser.

Title of product Features
The reactants contain solid particles, while the viscosity of the product is relatively high, so a high torque reducer is used and a slow speed is applied.
An anchor frame stirring paddle can make the product in a relatively small space in the kettle, get more fully stirred.
The frame paddle also has the role of preventing the caking of adherence to the inner wall of the kettle. Unnecessary additional cleaning work is avoided.
The reactants also contain hydrogen, so the motor, reducer, and other energized equipment used in this kettle have the explosion-proof function to prevent spark flashing.

Thermally conductive adhesives are widely used in the electrical and electronics industry for thermal management. For example, in electronic components, circuit boards and LED lights and other equipment, thermal adhesive can be used for heating elements and heat sinks between the thermal conductive contact, to improve the heat dissipation effect.
