Parts aumber and name:
(1) Horizontal reaction vessel.
(2) Vertical condenser.
(3) Receiving tank.
(4) Fix rack.
(5) Movable rack.
(6) Agitator.
(7) Sliding rail.
  • The parts 1,2,3 is fixed on the fix rack. 
  • The part 6 is fixed on the movable rack.
  • The movable rack ( part 5) could be pulled left and right on the sliding rail.
  • The horizontal reaction vessel and agitator can be bolted via the flange, and they compose the horizontal reaction kettle, which is the essential parts of this contraption.
The reactor is used to study the reaction of  the sodium salt and the acyl fluoride. For the research the reactor is required to withstand a wide temperature shift range, from negative 25°C to 320°C.
Thermal jacket:
The changing of temperature is done by the jacket wrapping the kettle. 
The jacket has inlet/outlet ports to connect with the external circulation constant temperature tank. 
Insulation jacket:
The outside layer of the reaction vessel is the insulation jacket. 

Vertical condenser:
  • The condenser is applied for this contraption to seperate certain product from the mixture in kettle.
  • The top of the condenser has a vent port, that could apply vacuum or vent to the system.
  • Below the condenser, there is a jacketed receiving tank. The cooling water flow through the jacket , so it could continue the condensing if necessary.

1, One set of explosion-proof PID control cabinet
Control the frequency conversion, motor current display, temperature display, and pressure display.
Explosion-proof grade: dIIBT4.
2, Magnetic seal ing shaft sleeve (internal material Hastelloy c-276), with explosion-proof motor belt reducer.
Explosion-proof class: dIIBT4.
3, Jacket circulation heating, with insulation. 
Insulation cylinder material is stainless steel.
4, Material:
Material of kettle cover, inner cylinder, head and other materials in contact with the medium are stainless steel S31603. 
Flange jacket material is stainless steel S30408. 
Ports, valve, pipe is stainless steel S31603 too.
5, Equiped with related valves, pressure gauge, explosion-proof pressure sensor, explosion-proof PT100, wrench, and standard accessories.
Discharge port has high temperature ball valve, 
6. Supporting distillation device, including 1,0 sqm tube condenser, 1 pcs of 5L collection tank (with jacket), including connecting valves and pipelines.
The material is stainless steel S31603.
7, Vacuum pump.
8, Support is stainless steel. Bracket height is 500mm, it is made from carbon steel, coated. Kettle cover is fixed on a slide, carbon steel coating material, can be manually pushed kettle cover.
9, High and low temperature machine.
