Cylinder: ᆞSize: Dia.180mm * H220mm. Thickness is 4mm. ᆞMaterial: S316L. Jackets: Heating jacket: ᆞThermal oil bathed heating method. ᆞHousing material: S304. ᆞThe expander connect to it is made from S304 too. Insulation jacket: ᆞIt is filled with rock wool. ᆞShell material is S304. The diameters of jackets are caculated as per the work temperature required. Because the work temperature is only 90°C, the room of jacket is not specially requried. We just use the jacket with normal size as per our factory standard. |

Vercial condenser: It is used to sperate the products from medium. There is a S304 tube connects its bottom for refluxing. It is cooled with water, and the shell is made from S304. The other pipes connect to it is also made from S304. Needle valves: ᆞMaterial: S304. ᆞSize: to comply with the pipe's nominal size. |
