 1. Pressure gauge, bursting disc, temperature sensor required for opening of kettle cover, blind plate for feeding port, thread for other nozzles (with nut or plug internal thread), and expansion valve for discharge port. 
 2. Vacuum port is equiped with KF25 quick fitting.
 3. Discharge port:  Size DN25, downward spread vavle.
    There is an avoidance of the inner jacket and 2nd jacket to leave enough space for the flanges of discharge port. 
 4. The shell of jacket is made from stainless steel S30408. Diameter  760mm. Height 670mm. Filling with rock wool.
 5. Magnetic sealing shaft sleeve. Water cooling. Large torque magnetic rings assembled inside the sleeve.
 6. Motor: 1.1KW, Non ex-proof.
 7. Material: 
     The cylinder body, head and inner coil are made from S31603.
     The flange cover, jackets is made from S30408.
     The inner coil can be disassembled.

Triple jacketed design
ᆞThe inner jacket with baffles that could offer longer remaining time of the thermal medium. 
ᆞOutside the inner heating-cooling jacket, there is a vacuum jacket. It could offer great thermal insulation.
ᆞThe external layer of jacket is the insulation jacket, that is filled with rock wool. It could offer further insulation effect, and ensure the surface of its shell remain at room temperature.
Because of these three layers of jackets, the diameter of this reactor is much bigger than normal lab reactor with the same volume of 50L.

Flat head design
ᆞThe opening of the cylinder is reinforced with built-up welding, and make it a flange for the cover.
ᆞThe flat cover is also reinforced so that it could bear the force caused by the ports.
Flanges
The inlet / outlet is equiped with flanges. 
Because the pipes stretches out from the inner jacket, the high sealing effect weldings must be done.
