Description

Main components:

Description:

1、The reason for using explosion-proof motors is because the reactants in the reactor in this application are explosive substances.
2、The condenser and collector are made of stainless steel 304, which can effectively resist the corrosion of the generated material.
3、There is a valve below the collector to facilitate the collection of the generated material.
4、The collector barrel is provided with an interface according to customer requirements, and the interface is a flange interface. The flange thickness is customized according to pressure requirements.
5、This reactor uses a static seal structure, and the magnetic stirring device is used in conjunction with the stationary seal. It can prevent the static seal from being damaged.
6、The reactor vessel is a jacketed structure. During the working of the reaction kettle, the electric heating rod inserted at the bottom of the jacket from below can heat the oil in the jacket. After the temperature is raised to 300 degrees Celsius, the reaction starts and the vapors of the product enter the condenser. After condensation, it becomes liquid and flows into the collector under gravity.
The reaction is high temperature and high-pressure reaction, so the thickness of the stainless steel of the reactor vessel is designed according to the pressure requirement, if the thickness is not enough, the reactor vessel will be deformed or even explode.
Similarly, all pipe ports, condensers, and collectors connected to the reactor are also designed according to pressure.
Thus, the safety of the whole system is guaranteed.
In addition, when designing and producing the reactor vessel, a portion of the corrosion allowance is left to ensure that after the reactor stainless steel has been corroded in part, it can still meet the pressure requirements.
7、Lifting and flipping brackets can effectively save manpower. Because after the reaction is finished, the reactor vessel has to be cleaned, and the high-temperature and high-pressure reactor weighs a lot by itself because of the very thick stainless steel used. 8、All components of this reactor system are connected by valves and orifices for easy disassembly and maintenance.
