II Configuration Description
 reactor drawing  1, Control carbinet, frequency converter, safety valve, temperature sensor, nozzle valve. 
 2. One magnetic coupler (gas phase contact part material S31603), inverter motor, gear reducer. 
 3, Pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter. 
 4, Blind plates are provided for hand holes and discharge openings, and flanges for other pipe openings are supplied in pairs.
 5, Material:
     The kettle body and head are made of stainless steel S31603+ Q345R composite plate.
     Other parts in contact with materials in the kettle are stainless steel S31603.
     The inner surface of the kettle is polished Ra≤0.6μm, and the outer surface of carbon steel is painted. 
 6, Stirring blade distance from the kettle wall ≤20 mm. 
 7, Four spray balls are evenly distributed, and the two nozzles can be connected in series.
