II Configuration Description


 reactor drawing picture 1. Agitator
Magnetic coupler (gas phase contact part material S31603) is the best sealing coupler for high pressure application on reactor.
Inverter motor, gear reducer, axial coupler, double sprial ribbon blade, scraper, etc.
Stirring blade distance from the kettle wall ≤20 mm.  
Four spray balls are evenly distributed, and the two nozzles can be connected in series. 
 2. Reactor head 
Ports and nozzles, the pressure transmitter and temperature transmitter for it.
Blind plates for hand holes and discharge openings, and flanges for other ports are supplied in pairs.
It is contacted with reactor body via a customized flange, so it could withstand the pressure requirement.
 3. Reactor body
Made as per volume required , diameter is 1600mm, S316L thickness 3mm, carbon steel thickness 22mm. 
This cladding plate is made to withstand the high pressure.
 4, Jacket
Diameter 1750mm
Carbon steel wall's thickness is 10mm
5, Discharge port
Welded flange , customized, RF type sealing surface.
Others:
Control carbinet
frequency converter, safety valve, temperature sensor, nozzle valve. 
Material:
The kettle body and head are made of stainless steel S31603+ Q345R composite plate.
Other parts in contact with materials in the kettle are stainless steel S31603.
The inner surface of the kettle is polished Ra≤0.6μm, and the outer surface of carbon steel is painted.
