Description

I Configuration


photo of reactor 1, PID intelligent controller, 1 set.
Controllable and adjustable.
Temperature display, heating temperature control, pressure display.  
The PID controller could be installed with software to contact the host server.
2, Valve, pressure sensor, rupture disc, platinum resistance, wrench, gasket, and standard accessories. 1 pcs each.
3, Materials:
Vessel cylinder, reactor head, and flange kettle cover -  Stainless steel S30408.
4, Electric heater, 1 set.
5, Insulation with bracket, 1 set. The material of the external wall of insulation is stainless steel.
6, The kettle cover is assembled with insulation.  This part of the insulation is removable.
7, Equipped with mobile casters beneath.

11, The electric furnace wires are installed between the vessel's outside wall and inner wall of insulation. So, a good insulation effect could be ensured.
12, The power of reactor could be 110V, 220V, 380V , or any  other voltages required by customer.

III Details Description


photo of upper part of the reactor  1, The upper part of the reactor is surrounded by the insulation, which applies the press-type buckles for fast clamping purposes.
 2, The insulation is a bit higher than the height of the vessel cylinder, so the ports can keep warmer than the general structure.
 3, The material of the external wall of the insulation is stainless steel 30408. It has better anti-corrosion features than normal steel.
 4, The names of the ports are gas inlet/outlet ports, fluid inlet ports, product up discharge ports, pressure monitoring ports, etc.
 1, This is the PID controller for the reactor. 
     It could display the value of temperature, pressure, temperature control speed, etc. 
 2, The size of the PID controller is customized. 
     In this case, the operator is asked to operate the reactor in a designated operation room, where there is no more table left to support the PID. So, it is made at the much higher cabinet.
3,  The surface of the cabinet is coated with anti-corrosion painting and is assembled with fans for cooling purposes.
4,  The notice of monitor display and buttons could be in any language.
