1, The gas inlet port that connects with the tube injected to the gas distributor at the bottom of the reactor kettle, is a significant and indispensable port for the hydrogenation reactor.

2, The jacket and inner coils for the temperature adjustment are also essential for the hydrogenating.

3, The heating jacket to be filled with external circulation thermal oil is also a commenly structure for industry hydrogenation reactor.

  • Parts on reactor head

  1. Magnetic seal shaft sleeve: 
    It has water cooling jacket in the shaft. It provides the highest level of sealing, so the hydrogen wouldn't leak from the reaction kettle.
  2. Flanges
    The flanges are customized as per the pressure and ports size. The hydrogenation reactor flanges thickness is very large.
  • Ports display

  1. The ports postions are customized too. We will confirm the drawing with you from the very beginning before quoting.
  2. The top of shaft has bolts for the motor and reducer assembly.
  3. The lid of manhole has two handles, which could be customized as per your request.

  1. The reactor's jack is made from carbon steel, and pary painted.
  2. There are three ports at the bottom, two for jacket oil inlet and outlet, the rest one is the discharging port.
  3. The shape of bottom head could be customized too.
