High resistant to corrosive madium The inner material of the reactor cylinder is Hastelloy C276, which can withstand high temperatures and high corrosive conditions. High sealing flanges The RF facing flanges are used for good sealing performance. High temperature application The kettle's cylinder is made from Hastelloy and carbon steel cladding plate. The carbon steel's thickness is chosen as per the design temperature at 350 C under -0.1Mpa conditions. |

Well polished inner face of the cylinder The inner surface is mirror finished to meet the high sanitary requirement. Strong stirrer shaft The diameter of the shaft is bigger than ordinary size, so it could withstand high torque caused by the strirring. Reasonable temperature adjust parts It is using an inner coil and jacket, so it is available for fast heating and cooling. Parts for gas inlet A gas distributor is installed inside the kettle, improving the gas-liquid phase reaction within the reactor. |

Double end mechanical sealing shaft sleeve The double end mechanical sealing coupler is applied for a good sealing and cost saving purposes. Jacketed structure This reactor is using thermal conductive oil as the heating medium. The oil is heated upto 350 C in the external heating tank, then injected into the jacket. The heat will be transported to reactor's cylinder wall, then heating the medium inside the kettle. |
