Thermal oil bathed electric heating jacket. ᆞSize: D227 mm. ᆞPressure: ATM. ᆞPorts: 4pcs of electric heating bars, thermalmeter port, oil drain port, expander port. ᆞMaterial: S304. ᆞHeating power: 2KW. ᆞThe jacket covers the cylinder and the bottom of the kettle. ᆞThe design temperature required by reaction is 250°C,so the thermal oil with high boiling point is the better choice than water. ᆞThe electric heating bars are directed plug in the heating jacket. It heats the thermal oil, which will transfer the heat to the reactor kettle at last. ᆞThe ports of the heaters are uniform displayed under the heating jacket, so it avoids the heat concentration. ᆞWhen the heating jacket works with the inner cooling coils, they could provide very accurate temperature rasing rate. And it is very good for the recitification application. Insulation jacket. ᆞSize: D316 mm. ᆞFilling material: rock wool. ᆞShell material: S304. ᆞThe jacket is for protection purpose, so it only need to cover the cylinder of heating jacket. ᆞThe external surface of the insulation jacket could be remain at room temperature. |
