1, One set of PID intelligent controller with adjustable infinitely adjustable speed, motor current display, temperature display, and heating temperature.
2, Temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃.
3, Magnetic coupler with ex-proof motor.
4, Valves, pressure gauge, rupture disc, platinum resistance, feeding port with silk cap, with wrench, washer, standard accessories.
5, Materials: stainless steel S31603 for medium contact parts, stainless steel S30408 for other parts.
5, Tow jackets. One for electric heater. The other is for insulation. 
6, Condensation reflux and collection tank material are stainless steel S31603.
7, Bracket material is stainless steel.

Thermal oil bathed electric heating jacket.

ᆞThe jacket covers the cylinder and the bottom of the kettle.
ᆞThe design temperature required by reaction is 250°C,so the thermal oil with high boiling point is the better choice than water.  
ᆞThe electric heating bars are directed plug in the heating jacket. It heats the thermal oil, which will transfer the heat to the reactor kettle at last.
ᆞThe ports of the heaters are uniform displayed under the heating jacket, so it avoids the heat concentration.
ᆞWhen the heating jacket works with the inner cooling coils, they could provide very accurate temperature rasing rate. And it is very good for the recitification application.

ᆞThe jacket is for protection purpose, so it only need to cover the cylinder of heating jacket.
