Reaction conditions:
ᆞ Design temperature: 200°C.
ᆞ Reactor volume:
ᆞ Cylinder size: Dia.133mm * H200mm * T5mm
The full volume of this reactor is only 2.5 liters, so it is belong to laboratory scale reactor.
ᆞ Material: stainless steel S316L.
The stainless steel is a very commen material for corrosion medium under this work conditions. 
Beatiful profile:
ᆞ The body of the reactor using stainless steel prevents the stain from growing.
ᆞ The frame is 800mm high, coated with spray pale paint. 
The side-mounted motor reduces the center of gravity of the reactor on the one hand and improves the stability of the reactor.
ᆞ On the other hand, it saves space and makes the structure of the whole reactor more compact and beautiful.

Heating and Cooling System.
Jacket:
ᆞ The thermal jacket is designed as thermal oil external circulation heating style. The shell is made from S304. 
ᆞ The electric heater is plugged into the jacket, which is covered by insulation. There is the bath oil inlet and outlet of the Jacket, enable the oil circulation within the jacket. With the stable thermal effort of the bath oil, the vessel could be heated evenly.
ᆞ The insulation jacket is made as S304 to prevent the housing from rusting.
ᆞ The insulation at the most external of the vessel body is to keep heat from releasing.
ᆞ The material of the ports and othe parts connect to the ports on the jackets is S304 too.
Above electric heater , bath oil , and insulation are for reactor jacket temperature control purposes. 
Inner cooling coils
ᆞ The coils inside the vessel is using for cooling after the reaction finished. It is connected to cooling water by an inlet and an outlet port. The heat exchange area is accurately calculated by the heating process requirement.
ᆞ The coils material is stainless steel S316L.

Agitator:
ᆞ The motor power is 750W, which is almost the highest power we used for the 2L reactors.
It is because a large power consumption required by high stirring speed up to 500RPM.
ᆞ The shaft axis, coupler, and blades are made from stainless steel S316L.
Ports and Nozzles:
ᆞ The medium phases including gas, liquid and solid. So, each phase of medium has accordingly ports for them. 
ᆞ The ports are made from stainless steel S316L. 
ᆞ The inlet/outlet port of the inner coils, including the inner coils are also S316L.
ᆞ The thermowell , valves is made from S316L.
ᆞ The flanges welded on the nozzles are made from  stainless steel S304.
