Title of product introduction
  • This is a typical strried batch reactor for pilot scale chemical process.
  • It is using open style main structure, that the reactor lid and body is connected and sealed with the main flange.
  • The medium is charged via the ports opened on its lid into the kettle, after the heating and stirring, the reaction is take place inside the kettle. And the product will be produced while the reaction is going on. At last the product will be discharged from the bottom discharge port.

Ports:
  • The ports and nozzles are designed as per many factors. 
In this case, the medium is liquid, so we design the charging port with size of DN25.
  • The flange is welded on the nozzle, and it is using RF sealing surface to ensure high sealing effect. 
  • The other ports are opened for basic functions such as temperature measuring, pressure monitoring. They are the general ports required by the stirred batch reactor.
Main flange:
The main flange is bolted as fasten as possible. When it is unbolted, the reactor lid and kettle will be seperated for maintaining purpose.
Agitator:
The agitator is an essential part for the stirred batch reactor. It consists of motor, coupler, stirring shaft, bladee, etc. 
It is used for the stirring purpose for the medium inside the kettle.
To achieve a uniform mixture of the medium, there are a lot of specifications of the agitator for option. 
For this 200L batch reactor, the strirring speed required is 0 to 350 RPM, and the medium is liquid. So, we applied two layer paddle styple blades, with the driving motor power of 2.2KW. 

Motor:

In this product, the motor has Ex-proof feature, because the medium is flammable.

Reducer:
The reducer is needed to make sure the stirring speed limited to 350 RPM when the motor is turning on. It is an important part for the agitator to offer enough torque for the stirring.
