Ports：
The main flange is bolted as fasten as possible. When it is unbolted, the reactor lid and kettle will be seperated for maintaining purpose. |
| Agitator: The agitator is an essential part for the stirred batch reactor. It consists of motor, coupler, stirring shaft, bladee, etc. It is used for the stirring purpose for the medium inside the kettle. To achieve a uniform mixture of the medium, there are a lot of specifications of the agitator for option. For this 200L batch reactor, the strirring speed required is 0 to 350 RPM, and the medium is liquid. So, we applied two layer paddle styple blades, with the driving motor power of 2.2KW. Motor: In this product, the motor has Ex-proof feature, because the medium is flammable. Reducer: The reducer is needed to make sure the stirring speed limited to 350 RPM when the motor is turning on. It is an important part for the agitator to offer enough torque for the stirring. |
