Product advantages:
1、The production process strictly abides by national standards
The explosion welding composite plate used in this equipment should be in line with the NB/T47002.1-2009 standard level 2 regulations.
The stainless steel composite steel plate is ultrasonically inspected one by one and qualified according to JB/T4730-2005 standard grade III.
The Q345R steel plate used in the base layer shall conform to the provisions of the standard GB713-2008.
The S30408 steel plate used in the composite layer should conform to the provisions of the standard GB24511-2009.
The 16Mn forgings used in this equipment shall conform to the standard NB/T47008-2010 Ⅱ level regulations.
2、After the equipment is assembled, use water instead of material, and make it reach the design pressure, test run, time not less than 4 hours, test run
There shall be no abnormal noise or vibration during the test run, and the water in the kettle shall be blown out immediately after the test run is qualified.
3、Material:
The material of the inner cylinder and head is TA1+Q345R composite plate, the material of other materials in contact with the kettle is TA2, the material of the jacket is Q345R, and the material of the coupling and upper shaft is stainless steel.
