High pressure application Pressure value: 6 Mpa The following technologies of design and manufacturing are used for the high pressure requests. ᆞ Cylinder wall specification: Dia. 180mm with thickness as much as 6mm. ᆞ Reinforced flanges to withstand the pressure. ᆞ Reinforced magnetic shaft sleeve. ᆞ The constant charging port is made to meet high-pressure requirement too. ᆞ The nozzles are using screw or welding type, and the pipe's thickness is chosen to meet the pressure too. |
Compact sizes and layout of the ports Due to the small space on the reactor head, the ports's size and display needs to be reasonable designed. Our company have extensive experience of making the lab reactors from 0.1 L to 50L, can arrange properly for the ports. For this 5L reactor, the ports size is a little larger than other 5L reactor because of the pressure demand. So, our engineer design the aside assemled motor style for this reactor, which give a big avoidance for the nozzles. Strong weld seam The weld has been done by qualified welders with over 20 years experience. And the PT, RT tests needs to be done after the reactor is finished. |

Instruments The instruments are intergrated designed to be assembled on the ports with perticular purposes. ᆞ The picture on left side shows the pressure nozzle, which has three braches for the positive pressure gauge, negative pressure gauge and burst disc. ᆞ The constant pressure charging port is customized. It offers a fluent flow for the reactor when it's bottom valve is opened. The pressure inside the tank will be the same as reactor when bottom valve is on. So, the tank is designed with thick wall for pressure resistant. |
