This plant is made of two types of Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR), with 5 pairs in total. Both of the SBRs with the volume of 1500L. One of the SBR is designed for low speed mixing and distillation, and the other is made for high pressure high temperature reaction. They could provide flexible adjust to the operation parmaters, and adapt different material quality changes. So, they are able to achieve complex processese though the division of time. The SBR systems are composed of two reacions tanks, the low speed SBR goes first, and its product will be distillated to the high pressure SBR as the reactant medium. By this way, they could achieve high processsing efficiency, small footprint, low investment and opeartion costs. |

PID controllers: Each of the sequencing batch reactor has an individual PID controller. The function of monitoring and controlling on stirring speed, temperature, pressure are intergrated on each PID controller. In this plant, the PID controller has host server to contoller them all at once. So, the operator could control all of the SBRs in just one pannel. |

Robust carbon steel platform: The SBRs are installed on the same platform which is designed and made by our company. The platform with designed with proper height, so that the discharging port of the high pressure sequencing batch reactor still have enough space from the ground. The posts and beams of the plat form is made from large size H section steel. And their feet could be bolted to the ground. The floor is made from large checkered plate. There are handrail assembled on the floor of the platform, so it could keep the operation from falling. All parts of the platform are welded or bolted firmed with each other, and they are well grounded by removing the sharp edge and corner. All of the parts are spary painted for rustproof. |
