This reactor is used for manufacturing lithium battery coating materials.
Description
1、With magnetic sealing (with anti-leakage oil tank), with explosion-proof motor, reducer with frequency converter.
      The reaction medium is a moderately hazardous substance, the reactor adopts the magnetic seal structure with the best sealing effect. The use of explosion-proof motors further prevents sparking products and avoids ignition of flammable substances. 
2, The reactor lid has ports for pressure gauges (two pressure gauges), rupture discs, other orifice flange pair supply, and PT100 customer self-matching.

3、The material of inner cylinder head is stainless steel S31603+Q345R, the material of jacket is Q345R, and other materials contacting with materials in kettle are stainless steel S31603.
     The reactive substances are alkali corrosive, so stainless steel 316, which is highly resistant to alkali corrosion, is used as the contact material. Due to the huge volume of this reactor, the use of all stainless steel 316 will have a great pressure on the purchase cost for customers. Therefore, in our opinion, the customer adopts stainless steel 316 with carbon steel composite plate as the kettle body material which has the same corrosion resistance effect. Thus, it saves a lot of expenses for the customer.   
    Other locations that have access to the reaction material are also made of stainless steel 316 L. WHGCM has a machine shop that can customize parts with the appropriate diameters exactly to the dimensions required for the reactor.
4, The inner coil is made of stainless steel S31603, and the coil is required to be upward and downward.
    The use of internal cooling coils can greatly improve cooling efficiency, thus saving waiting time for customers and speeding up the production beat. Improved production efficiency for customers.
5、No heat preservation and no support.
    Insulation and bracing are left to the customer to complete according to their requirements.
6、Anchor frame stirrer distance from the bottom of kettle≤100mm.
    Anchor frame stirring paddles are specially designed and manufactured for solid reaction particles. It can increase the stirring efficiency and avoid some solid reaction particles not getting stirred, which improves the reaction speed and productivity.
