The cylinder material is Titanium TA2 lined stainless steel S316L. The thickness of the S316L cylinder is caculated and chosen as per the design pressure and temperature. Main flange The main flange of the cylinider is reinfored with S316L base, and surfacing with Hastelloy. The flange specification is chosen as per the flange standards. Ports and nozzles The nozzles stretching out of the ports are designed to meet high pressure requirement too. Magnetic sealing coupler The thickness of coupler sealing housing is also designed as per the cylinder pressure too. |
There are 6pcs of 1KW electric heating bars with their heating rods plug inside the jacket. The rods are immersed inside the thermal oil containing in the jacket. The electric heaters will be powered on when the temepartue under the set up value. Inner coils for cooling The cooling water will go through the coils and take the heat away from kettle. Together with the thermal well of the kettle, the temperature could be monitored. So that temperature reducing rate could be adjusted by the turn on/off the valves of coils inlet/out. Touch screen PID controller The temperature could displayed on the screen and controlled by set up the values. The temperature adjusting accurate could be +/- 1°C. Besides the temperature, the speed and pressure could be displayed and controlled by the controller too. |
