1, One set of PID intelligent controller Frequency control, motor current display, temperature display, heating temperature control.
2, One set of magnetic coupler, with motor reducer. (Non-explosion-proof)
3, Valves and pressure gauge, burst valve, platinum resistance, inlet with charging tank, outlet with ball valve and collection tank, standard accessories.
4, Material: kettle body, head and kettle and material contact part material for stainless steel S30408, flange material carbon steel, kettle cover material for Q345R surfacing S30408, thermal insulation jacket material for S30408.
5、Temperature preservation and manual lifting device, the kettle body is lifted manually, the kettle body is turned over manually, the material is carbon steel plating. (Remove 5L feeding tank when kettle body lifting and turning over)

Special designed agitator
The medium is with high viscosity and flammable. So, the high torque and high sealing effect of the agitator is required.
Motor
ᆞ The Explosion proof feature is needed. 
ᆞ Large power of 750W is choosen.
Magnetic coupler
ᆞ More magnetic rings are applied to support large torque, and it makes it seems larger than other magnetic coupler of 10L reactors.
ᆞ The high pressure withstand matel is applied for the coupler's wall, because the thickness of the wall is not changeable.
ᆞ The inner water cooling function is applied to reduce the temeprature cause by friction of shaft.
Special mixing blade
ᆞ The blade is made from two types of blades.
ᆞ In order to ensure the sufficient mixing of the high viscosity medium, we use the sprial ribbon blade for stirring.
ᆞ Because there is solid medium, the anchor type blade in assembled at the downside of the stirring shaft.
Shaft coupler
The shaft coupler that support large torque is used for this reactor.
High pressure withstand cylinder
ᆞ The cylinder of kettle is made from forged carbon steel tube surfacing with S30408. The forged carbon steel tube is boring cut from a solid forged bar.
ᆞ The openings of the tube is weled with reinforced flanges. The flange surface is MFM type, which has high sealing effect to prevent the leakage of medium.

Manul lifting rack
It is usually applied for the lab reactor for labor saving purposes. 
ᆞ Material: carbon steel.
ᆞ The movable slip block of the rack is driven by the turning wheel. The reactor body is welded on to the slip block, so it would be moved up and down when the wheel is turned.
ᆞ A beam is welded at both ends on the reactor's head flange and the top of the rack pole.
