Title of product Features
Parts to meet the high pressure requirement:
Cylinder:
  • Material:
It is made from stainless steel S304 clad carbon steel plate. The thickness of the base plate carbon steel is 18mm, that is able to withstand the design pressure of 2.0MPa.
  • Close style structure:
The reactor lid is weled to the cylinder, this kind of structure has good pressure resistant.
Magnetic sealing coupler:
This coupler could offer static sealing effect to the reactor body, so it is a very good choice for the high pressure applications, because it could provide zero leakage of the medium.
Flanges:
The nozzles of the port are using flanges as the connection parts. The flanges are chosen as per the High Pressre Steel Flange Standard, that ensure the high sealing for the joint.
Temperature control system:
Heating:
The polyster reaction of the arylic resin requires the heating process at the beginning and the end of the reaction. The design temperature of 250°C is offered by client, and we need to design and made the system as per the requirement. 
Both the themral medium and refrigerant required by client is water.
Because the work temperature is higher than the boiling point of water, so the thermal medium inside the heating parts are actually the water steam.
We design the half pipe coils to bear the pressure of 1.6MPa, because the water steam needs high pressure.
Cooling:
The resin polyster reaction need go with cooling process, because there will be a large amount of heating releasing by the reaction. 
The cooling water will be injected to the inner cooling coils, and then they will be heated into steam, then bring the heat out of the kettle.
So, we also design the pressure can be withstand by the cooling coil as 1.6MPa, to ensure the safty of the cooling process.
Explostion proof parts:
Due to the flammable characteristic of the reactant and its product, the parts of reactor are designed with explosion proof function.
High sealing:
The leakage of the medium and product are strictly prevented. No leakage is allowed at any parts of the reactor.
  • Exproof feature on electric parts:
These parts needs to be manufactured with Exproof feature, so that they could aviod the occuring of electric sparks while power on/off.
  • Spare sealing gasket for manhole:
The manhole is usually open and close and its gasket is worn quickly, so the spare gasket are prepared with 2 sets as backup.

Application: Solvent-based acrylic resins
Reactor advantages:
(1)Using external half-pipe heating, occupying small area and reducing the self-weight of the reactor.
(2)Explosion-proof devices are complete, high operation safety.
(3) The reaction kettle body adopts stainless steel 304 + carbon steel Q345R composite plate, which is characterized by corrosion resistance and cost saving. 304 stainless steel protects against acrylic corrosion.
(4) The internal and external pressure is up to 2.0Mpa, so the reactor is a high-pressure reactor.
(5) Equipped with frequency converter, stirring speed can be controlled.
(6) The stirring paddle adopts the form of double-layer stirring, and the lower layer adopts the anchor frame stirring paddle, which is suitable for the stirring of object materials.
7) The diameter of the pipe mouth and the use are all customized, under the premise of guaranteeing the performance and quality of the reactor, it can be customized according to the requirements of customers.
(8) The discharge port has an insulation structure to ensure that the material will not condense during the discharge process.
(9) Magnetic stirring shaft sleeve is adopted to ensure high sealing, which prevents leakage of reaction materials on one hand and has good explosion-proof effect on the other hand.
(10)The melting point and boiling point of acrylic resin are around 100℃, and the temperature adjustment range of this reactor can fully meet the demand.
