Title of product introduction
This is an 80L distillation reactor with the work principle of batch kettle distillation.
The kettle body contact medium material is stainless steel S316L, using a mechanical seal.
It is also a kind of hydrogenation reactor, mainly for the preparation of pharmaceutical intermediates.
During the reaction, heating is carried out by heat transfer oil in the jacket. The vacuum is maintained inside the kettle. The stirring paddle is maintained at a low speed to ensure a smooth and safe reaction.
The fittings are sturdy and durable and its structure is compact and rational, making it a highly desirable pilot reactor.

1, explosion-proof PID intelligent controller a controllable and adjustable (frequency control, motor current display, temperature display, liquid level display). With a 485 transmission signal (host computer software), can be connected to the computer.
2、Mechanical seal, with explosion-proof motor.
3、With kettle cover opening valve, pressure gauge, safety valve, explosion-proof platinum resistance, charging port and discharge port with blind plate, cleaning port with cleaning ball.
4、Materials: the inner cylinder head and the part of the kettle contacting with materials are made of stainless steel S31603.
5、With heat preservation and bracket.
6、With liquid level meter on-site display with remote transmission (4-20 mA output signal).
7、Heat conduction oil furnace and vacuum pump customers.

Reactor body:
The reactor body is using jacketed structure, and it is a commen for the batch kettle with the heating function. 
Because of the distillation application, the reactor could handle the liquid and gas medium at the same time. 
The parts inside the kettle could ensure the uniform mixture of the gas to the liquid.
The material of reactor body is made from stainless steel, which is suitable for the medium and products in the required reaction.

Priciple of batch kettle distillation:
The kettle will be vacuumed after the solid medium input.
Then the thermol medium input to the jacket, and heat the kettle.
The medium inside the kettle will start melting. After the temperature reaches to 150°C,the medium will be stirred, then the hydrogen input and the reaction begins.
The reaction will continue as long the hydrogen keep charging, and the product of the hydrogenation will be vapored into the condenser, and seperated in liquid phase.
Distillation parts:
Distillation condenser:
  • Heat exchange area: 1 sqm.
It is because the temperature reduction gap of the mixture gas of medium and product are large enough. A small temperature reducing would be enough to condense the product from gas to liquid.
  • Material: Stainless steel.
The using of stainless steel is to prevent the water corrosion, because the condenser is using cooling water as refrigrant.
Collection tank:
  • It is connect with the condenser via a short vertical pipe. They are jointed with each other via flanges. 
  • The collection tank have a level gauge assembled side it. So, as soon as the product meet required amount, the product will be pumped to the storage tank.
Buffer tank.
This tank is connect directly to the collect tank, it is use to apply the vacuum to the system, and receiving the hydrogen. 
The hydrogen will be recycled from this buffer tank via the vacuum pump.
