| Special design: Size: The volume of the reactor is 750L, which is a customized batch stirring tank to replace the old one at customer's site. Maintain hole: Stirring holes are combined with the manhole, saving kettle lid space and enhancing kettle sealing. Coinical bottom: This shape of bottom could off a smooth discharging of the product. Horizontal Motor: The motor is horizontal, it is chosen to make the whole equipment as short as possible. By this way, it could be installed at the room with low roof. Stirring for medium: The medium is methanol and water, so the paddle blade is used for their stirring. The motor power is 3KW, which is sufficient enough for the strring of the two layer paddle blade. Stainless steel shield: It is made from perforated thin plate, covering the exposed shafts, to prevent the damage to operator and shafts. Cost saving: In order to save the cost as much as possible, the strring shaft doesn't apply the shaft coupling, and the stirrer is weled directly to the axis instead of bolts and nuts fixture.
