Motor ᆞThe motor is aside assembled. It is a very typical mounting method used for lab reactors, cause it could save a lot of space on the reactor lid. ᆞThe cover of the driving belt of the motor is made from thin stainless steel 304 plate. ᆞThe medium is flammable so the motor with explosion proof feature is equiped for this reactor. |
Kettle body ᆞThe volume of this reactor is only 5 liters, which is a very commen size for the lab research. ᆞThe reactor's cylinder is pure stainless steel S316L. It's thickness is cacualted as per the design pressure and design temperature offered by our client. ᆞThe shell of insulation jacket is S304. ᆞThe discharge valve is stainless steel S316L. ᆞThe outlet of thermal oil of the jacket and the ports for thermeter are using stainless steel material too. |

Condenser ᆞThe small size vertical condenser has a receiving tank. Both of them are made from S316L. ᆞThe receving tank has a glass sight port welded. ᆞThe material of pipes streching out of nozzles are S316L. ᆞThe supporting rack for the condenser is made from S304. The flange of condenser is welded onto the rack, and it is pure S316L too. |
