| Exproof and high sealing feature: Both the reactant and product are flammable, so the high sealing and explosion proof features are applied for the parts. ᆞ The flanges is of SO type, which has high sealing effect than PL flange. ᆞ The main flanges for the reactor is equiped with the metal wound gasket, that could maintain high sealing and withstand high temperature at the same time. ᆞ The contacting surface of all the flanges are RF type to ensure a good sealing performance. |

Large troque:
The mixture of EG , PTA and BHET of high viscosity. In order to make the uniform mixing, the anchor type of blade is needed. Besides, the high strring speed is also required. So, a large torque is needed.
ᆞ We use a larger magnetic sealing shaft sleeve coupler which has a pack of magnetic steel to offer high torque.
ᆞ Accordingly, a motor with large power is also applied to run the stirrer.
ᆞ The axis diameter is as large as 22mm, which could withstand the forced caused by large torque.

Vacuum requirement:
The vacuum process is needed to be done before and after the esterification within the reactor kettle. ᆞ Before the reaction: The vacuum is to used to expel the air inside the kettle. Or, the medium will react with the oxigen. ᆞ After the reaction: It is used to reduce the pressure within the kettle. The boiling point of the medium will be reduced accordingly. Then it is no need to keep increasing the temprature. And the removing of BHET could stop the reversing of esterification. |

High temperature feature:
Because of the esterfication of EG and PTA needs high work temperature up to 320°C. In order to start the esterfication, the kettle will be heated by the jacket wrapping outside. The thermal medium is inject to the inlet of the jacket from the constant temeparture circulation tank.
After the heat release to kettle, the thermal medium will be back to the circulation tank for heating via the outlet of the jacket. |
