  • Explosion-proof control cabinet with touch screen

  1. The reactor is equiped with Siemens PLC controller, which has touch screen , host software, and ABB VFD.
  2. The stirring speed, current of motor, temeprature, heating program, and pressure are monitored and controlled by this PLC controller.
  3. The housing and electronic joint parts are made as per Ex-proof standard. 
  4. It is capable to handle all of the parameters required, and the other functions are also optional and customizable for reactor system. 
  • Flat type kettle cover with customized nozzle ports
  1.  High sealing effect devices including magnetic sealing shaft sleeve, ex-proof motor, and flanges are applied.
  2. Together with the hastelloy burst disc, ex proof PT100  platinum, and ex-proof pressure sensor, they could ensure the reactor's Ex-proof feature.
  3. The material of kettle cover is Hastelloy C-276, as well as the other parts' material that to contact the medium.

  • Electric lifting and flipping device

  1.  An electric lifting device is applied for labor-saving purposes. 
  2. The motors are all explosion-proof type. 
  3. The lifting motor drives the screw bars inside the rack pole, which can make the kettle move up and down with the help of gears and bearings.

  • Kettle inner structure

  1. The kettle of the reactor and other parts that contact with the medium are Hastelloy C-276, which promises a high corrosion resistance of the reactor.
  2. The agitator is anchor type, which is suitable for solid material strirring. 
  3. The paddle is bolted on the shaft, so it is avaiable to change to any other types of paddles you like.
