| Motor of the reactor Powerful motor is assembled to ensure high stirring speed. It is side mounted, the shaft of coupler is driven via a belt of the motor. The side-mounted motor reduces the center of gravity of the reactor on the one hand and improves the stability of the reactor. On the other hand, it saves space and makes the structure of the whole reactor more compact and beautiful. |

PID controller This reactor is using PID controller for intelligent control purpose. The setting parameters are including temperature, pressure, and stirring speed. The measuing range is setup according to the design temperature. The housing of the controller is made from stainless steel 304 , and it has two handles , so it is easy to carry. PID controller is widely used in all kind of reactos, especially for lab reactors. |
