Title of product structure
The reactor's drawing 1, Agitator
Side mounted motor, ex-proof, 250W.
Magnetic coupler, torque is 50 n.m, water cooling.
Anchor blade.
2, Reactor lid
Flat type.
It is applying MFM surface contacting type of flange for high sealing purposes.
The inncer coils for cooling is welded onto it. The ports of inner coils are opened on the side of the lid.
The other ports are vertically opened on the top surface of the lid.
3, Reactor body
The material of kettle's internal surface is stainless steel S316L.
The external wall's material is stainless steel S316L too, it is built-up welding with S316L robs for rienforcing, because of the required pressure is upto 100 bars inside the kettle.
The electric heater is wounded outside the external wall of the vessel. The electric heater is a widely used heating methord for lab reactors.
The insulation is apply to pretect the operator from burning, because the temperature is upto 350°C.
4, Manual lifting rack
It is made from carbon steel.
All of the parts are customized as per the size of reactor.

This reactor is using PID controller for intelligent control purpose.
The setting parameters are including temperature, pressure, and stirring speed. The measuing range is setup according to the design temperature.
The housing of the controller is made from stainless steel 304 , and it has two handles , so it is easy to carry.
PID controller is widely used in all kind of reactos, especially for lab reactors.
Kettle heating method
The kettle of reactor will be heated by electric oven, which is assembled between the external wall and insolution jacket. And it is designed with easy assemble and disassemble structure. 
The cable of the heater is protected by the stainless steel water proof box welded on the insulation shell.

The reactor has a lifting flipping device, which has a manual wheel for labor saving purpose.
It is made from carbon steel , polished.
Ports and Nozzles
The ports are highly sealed with needle valves, and other required instruments are used to meet accordingly performance requirement.
There are sevearl nozzels are stretched out from the side of the reactor's lid, and it makes the thickness of the lid is much bigger than usual lid.
The ports and nozzels are all made from stainless steel. The valves and meters are also using stainless steel parts that contact the medium.

Powerful motor is assembled to ensure high stirring speed.
It is side mounted, the shaft of coupler is driven via a belt of the motor.
It has exproof structure, so it won't cause any electric sparks while using.
