There are two sets of the reactors, one is 5L and the other 29L. Both of them are the vacuum reactors. This flat head magnetic sealed reaction kettle is for lab purposes. The whole system is customized and made as Semi CSTR system. For more info, pls check the detail description.

The functions are customizable.

Material  Stainless steel S31603.
The insulation shell material is stainless steel S30408. 
Jacket heating.
The electric heating bars ( with ex-proof feature too) are injected into the ports of the Jacket. 
The reactor is supported with 3 legs mounted on a flat metal plane. The lifting boom pole is also mounted on the same flat metal plane.
The flat metal plane is made from carbon steel Q345R.
There are ports for the gauges and meters that required by the reaction.  All of them are customized as per reaction parameters.

   Parameters for the reaction are controllable and adjustable. 
   Frequency conversion speed control, motor current display, speed display and control, pressure display, working time display, temperature display, heating temperature control (knob adjustment), reserved 2 electronic scale switch and vacuum pump switch, over-temperature and over-pressure alarm).
   Temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃.
2, Manual boom lifting support.
   The lifting support is 2.7m in height. 
   Material: carbon steel. Corrosion resistance paint coating.
3, 29L reaction kettle.
    Flat head.
    Jacket heating.
    Inner coil cooling.
    side mount motor.

The vacuum process is started at the before the reaction to expel the air inside the kettle.
It is because the oxigen in the air will react with medium.
The vacuum process is as following:
1) Input the material to the kettle and close all of the vavles on the nozzle.
2) Connect the vacuum pump to the vent port via a hose.
3) Open the valve of the vent port.
4) Open the valve on the pressure monitoring nozzle.
5) Run the vacuum pump, and turn off it after the vacuum value meet the request.
6) Close the vent port.
7) Input the Nitrogen via gas inlet port.
8) Shut down the Nitrogen , and vacuum again.
9) Repeat the nitrogen input and vacuum for the 3rd time.
10) After the 3 times of vacuum , the oxigen could be removed totally from the medium inside the kettle.
