Title of product Features

Temperature ajusting parts:
  • The starting of the hydrogenation usually begins at the certain temperature that catalyst is activated.
  • Then the hydrogenation will be started, because the hydrogenation is exothermic reaction, so the part for temperature reducing is needed to prevent the temperature runaway.
Parts for gas phase:
  • The hydrogen involved is in gas phase, so we designed a gas inject tube to the bottom and connected with a gas sparger, which will generate uniform bubbles when hydrogen get into liquid medium.
  • The self-suction turbine stirrer is applied. The blade could make the bubbles even fine and distributed into the liquid medium to ensure sufficient contact of gas-liquid phase.
By this way, the hydrogenation could run at a high speed level.
Explosion proof features of the parts:
Due to the flammalbe property of the hydrogen, the explosion proof feature is an very important characteristic for the hydrogenation reactor.
  • In this lab hydrogenation reactor, the high sealing is applied to all of joint parts.
  • The electric spark proof is needed by all of the components and instruments, such as motor, vacuum pump, electric heater, and so on.
The pressure required by hydrogenation:
  • In this perticular application, the maximum pressure required is 0.8 Mpa. It is 8 times of the atmospheric pressure.  The pressure is generated by the inputing of the hydrogen to the reaction vessel. 
  • The pressure monitoring port is opened for safety purposes.
  • All of the ports are welded connected to the reactor lid. This type of joint way could ensure the strength and sealing at the same time.
  • Most of the lab reactor's body is open style. The cylinder is sealed by main flange to the lid.  This flange's specification is chosen as per the steel flange standards as per pressure and diameter factors.
Magnetic sealing coupler:
The coupler is used to connect the driving shaft and stirring shaft. 
Thanks to the principle of magnetic sealing, there is no leakage of this kind of sealing. So, it is widely used for the producing of hydrogenation reactors. 

Configuration

sketch drawing 1. One set of PID intelligent controller a controllable adjustable (frequency conversion speed regulation, motor current display, speed display, temperature display, heating temperature control).   Temperature control accuracy ±1℃.
2. Magnetic sealing shaft sleeve, with explosion-proof motor (dIICT4), with explosion-proof electric heater (dIIBT4). 
3. Equipped with valves, pressure gauge, bursting disc, explosion-proof temperature platinum resistance. Feeding port has screw cap, bottom discharge is expansion valve. Wrench, standard accessories (gasket, bursting disc each with a standby).
4. Material: The cylinder, head, valve, flange are stainless steel S31603.  Jacket and insulation shell's material is S30408.
5. Insulation belt bracket, material carbon steel coating.
6. Heat transfer oil user self-matching.
