1, Agitator It includes the parts of magnetic coupler, axial coupler, axis, and two layers of propeller style blades. The parts are all made from Hastelloy C type alloy, except the magnetic coupler. 2, Reactor cover It is an half oval shpe lid, that is cold pressed with a hastelloy plate. 3, Reactor body The body is kettle type, and made from hastelloy too. There are tubes inserts from the ports. The are for the functional purposes, such as cooling, temperature monitoring, pressure monitoring, ex-plosion proof, medium charging and discharging , etc. These tubes are made from the Hastelloy too. 4, Insulation Jacket The housing of the jacket is stainless steel 304. The jacket if full with thermal insulating material. 5, Discharge valve The valve is also lined with hastelloy. 6, Support frame It is made of square carbon steel tube, spray painted.
