Product introduction
Ports and welded nozzles
  • The nozzles are welded firmly on the vessel's lid, with flanges pair.
  • They are made from stainless steel 316L lined with Hastelloy.
  • The thermometer is Ex plosion proof.
  • The flanges size is made as per High pressure steel flange codes, they're larger than normal pressure flange. 
Open style structure
The volume of the vessel is only 200L, so it is not possible to apply a manhole or hand hole for the cleaning purpose.The open style structure with main flange could meet the maintaining request very well.
  • The applying of this structure is for the cleaning and maintaining purposes.
  • The reactor head is bolted via customized flanges to the kettle body.
  • The sizes of flanges and bolts are customized choosen as per the pressure and temperature requirement of the vessel.
  • The surface that contacting the reactants are lined with Hastelloy.
Double jacketed vessel
  • The inner jacket is the thermal jacket , that is used for containing the thermal oil. The oil is heated by the electric heater immerged in the oil.
  • The outer jacket is the insulation jacket, it is for the safety to prevent the operator from injured by high temperature.
  • The thermal oil nozzle stretch out of the insulation jacket from the heating jakect. 
  • The material of the jackets are stainless steel instead of Hastelloy, so it could save the cost of the equipment.
Ex-proof cable case
  • This is the cable for the electric heater.
  • It would stop the electric spark occuring when power on. 
  • The electric heating bars are injected into the heating jacket. They could heat the thermal oil. And the thermal oil with offer constant heating to the hastelloy kettle.
