 1. Magnetic sealing belt explosion-proof motor (dII BT4), reducer.  With frequency converter. 
 2. Pressure gauge, platinum resistance required for opening of kettle cover, blind plate for feeding port and discharge port, flange for other nozzles shall be supplied in pairs. 
 3. The cylinder head material is N6+ Q345R composite material, the jacket material is Q345R, the other materials in contact with the kettle are N6, and the magnetic coupler and coupling material is 316L. 
 4, with heating, heating power 72KW. 
 5. Equipped with PID intelligent control cabinet (frequency conversion speed regulation, speed display, heating control, temperature display).

Characteristics
 -Different with other industrial reactors, this reactor doesn't have the manhole, which is usually used for maintaining and cleaning purpose. The reason of eliminating the manhole is because the medium and product of the chemical reaction to be applied for this reactor is clean enough, and with very low viscosity.
 -The flanges are with RF contact surface, that has a higher sealing effect than PL joint surface.

 -Characteristics
This industrial reactor has the volume of 2000L, while it's strirrer speed is upto 300RPM. Comparing with other reactor with the same size, the speed is very high.
So, we applied a large motor of power as many as 11KW to drive the shaft.
Because of the high torque caused by the motor and blade, the magnetic coupler needs much more magnetic steel rings. 
All of above features make the size of the magnetic much larger.  And this is another reason why the reactor lid doesn't have the manhole. Because not enough space on the reactor cover left to open a manhole.

- Characteristics
The ports for the electric heaters are very significant feature for this reactor. As most of the industrial reactors client are using the circulation heating style instead.
For this reactor, because the boiler or circulation heating tank is not available for customer, so we design the electric heater to directly heating the thermal medium inside the jacket. 
This design has the advantages of easy operate, easy maintaining.
