Special designed structure: Open style kettle: Kettle size: Dia.550mm * H800mm * T14mm The reactor head is sealed with kettle by the main flange. The flange main material S304, surface welding with S316L. Its size is caculated according to the work pressure and work temperature. Doulbe jacketed. Temperature adjusting jacket: Size: Dia.650mm * H680mm * T6mm. Material: stainless steel 304. The jacket offers enough room for the medium for heating and cooling. Usage: The jacket will contact with high-low temperature tank, which could offer high temperature and low temperature as the hydrogenation reaction's requirement. Baffles: There are 4 pcs of baffles welded inside the kettle. They will make the liquid flow caused by the stirrer with more sufficient mixing effect. |
| Shaft sleeve coupler of the agitator: This coupler is widely used for hydrogenation reactions. It is because the hydrogen is used as the gas phase medium. Magnetic shaft sleeve sealing coupler is used for high sealing, to ensure the safety of hydrogenation. In this reactor, the stirring speed is required to be 450RPM for sufficient mixing. So, more magnetic steel rings are needed to ensure high torque for the shaft. On the other hand, the water cooling is needed to pretect the magnetic steel rings. Flanges: The hydrogenation reactor requires high sealing, so the ports are equiped with flange pairs. |
