Title of product Features
reactor body Components for high pressure:
Kettle wall:
  • Material: stainless steel 316L. 
  • Size: D114mm*T5mm
  • The material and size ensure the working under requried high pressure in this application.
Main flange:
  • The flange material is S316L too.
  • It is designed and made as per the code of High Pressure Steel Flange. 
Nozzles:
The tube of the nozzles are welded onto the ports as per required high pressure processing standards.
Flange of stirrer:
It is made as per the code of High Pressure Steel Flange too.
Condenser and tanks:
They are made to withstand the high pressure and vacuum conditions as well.
Pressuremeter and gauge:
They are including the positive pressuremeter, negative pressuremeter, burst disc and PID controller.
Manual lifting device:
  • Due to the high pressure, the parts made are heavier than them for normal pressure reactors. 
  • So, in order to make it is easy for cleaning and maintaining, the manual lifting device is applied for this equipment.
Agitator:
Stirrer blade: Spiral belt type.
  • This kind of blade could handle to mixing high viscosity medium very well. 
  • The blade is made from stainless steel and is designed as movable type.
Magnetic coupler:
  • The maximum stirring speed required is 100RPM, which is quite high for viscosity stirring.
  • This result a very large torque so the magnetic coupler is designed large enough to contain the a pack of magnetic steels.
Torque transmitter:
It is required by the client , so they could collect the torque data for research.
Motor and reducer:
Due to the large torque, the motor with power of 750W is usded for this reactor.
All of above parts make the agitator seem larger when comparing with the reactor body.
Agitator
distillation parts Parts for distillation:
To seperate the products from the medium, the principle of vapor with high temperature under vacuum is a good choice. To meet the principle, the following parts are designed and made:
Heaing parts:
  • The reactor is made with the thermal oil bathed electric heating jacket.
  • The heating power is high enough to support Max. temperature of  350°C for the reaction.
Insulation:
  • The reactor body is wrapped with insulation layer filled with rock wool.
  • The pipes exposed in the are are covered with the thermal insulation material too. Along with the pipes, there are electric heating wires assembled to make sure the temeprature maintain at required level.
Condenser and tanks:
  • The condenser is designed as water cooling type. The heating exchange area is designated by our client.
  • The receiving tanks and buffer tanks are adopted to collecting necessary products of the distillation.
Valves:
The valves used to control the flew. They are selected to performance well sealing under the high pressure and vacuum , as well as the high temperature conditions.
All of above parts are made from the stainless steel 316L.
