The kettle and the parts that to contact with medium are made from stainless steel 316L.

Reactor cover opening need all nozzle ports are as customized ,such as pressure gauge & rupture disc, 
Solid-gas-liquid phases feeding port, and vent port etc

Instruments

The instruments are intergrated designed to be assembled on the ports with perticular purposes.

ᆞ The picture on left side shows the pressure nozzle, which has two braches for the pressure gauge & rupture disc.

Due to the small space on the reactor head, the ports's size and display needs to be reasonable designed.
Our company have extensive experience of making the lab reactors from 0.1 L to 50L, can arrange properly for the ports.


The lab reactor can conduct a reaction under pressure inside its vessel, pressure reactor is a special application of a pressure vessel.
