Motor ᆞThe motor is 370W, supports the stirring speed up to 500 rpm. ᆞThe higher of the stirring speed, the faster of the distilling will be. ᆞBecause the organic medium of Ethyl acetates is flammable, so the motor is Ex proof. |
| High sealing required by the vacuum The magnetic coupler is applied. It has the highest sealing effect in nowadays, so it could withstand both the high pressure and the high vacuum required by the distillation technique. Ports and Nozzles ᆞThe ports of the reactor are well organized and is highly sealed with flanges. ᆞThe nozzels are connected to the port with screw type of welded type. ᆞThere is a vacuum port for the jacket. ᆞThere are several ports reserved for the distillation. The various component of products will be seperately evaporated at different pressure and temperature. The high vacuum and extremely low temperature design of the reactor can support all of the processes. ᆞThe residual of the component will be drain from the discharge port opened on the reactor lid via a pump after all of the distillations process are finished. |

Rack The racket is assembled with casters. This design makes the reactor is easily movable, so the operator could start the reaction no matter where it is needed in the lab. |
| Controller The PID controller is designed and manufactured as per customer's requirement. PID cabinet has explosion proof feature. The operation parameters are monitorable and adjustable. The value of vaccum, pressure, temperature and stirring speed are all diaplayable and controllable. As per the setting combination of the temperature and pressure, the reactor can offer a constant distillation for certain components of the product. |
