Agitator The required stirring speed is only 0~150 RPM, so the reducer is equiped. The anchor frame blade is applied for the solid medium mixing. Below the blade the PTFE scraper is assembled to remove the sticky medium from the reactor's inner surface. Flat reactor head The reactor is designed with flat head which is sealed with flanges. Comparing with reactor with elliptical head, it's height is much shorter. So, it is saving a lot of space than ordinary reactors. By this way, it saves a lot material of titanium. Unique charging way The solid medium will be input via a half round port that is opened on the reactor's head. Because no high sealing requirement, the straight side of the cover is connect to the head via welded hinges. |

Jacket inlet/outlet The 100°C temperature is required by the mixing process, so we designed and made the jacket for the kettle. The client has thermal oil heating tank at their site, so the jacket is designed with inlet/outlet ports to connect the heating tank. The inner surface of the pipe is lined with Titanium. To ensure fast cleaning function required by client, we design the sparying head with quick opening clamp. We have prepared the titanium tube with three different length as per client's request. |
