Special parts for hydrogenation Explosion proof components The following parts and machinery are apply with ex-proof feature. Motor, Houseing of PID intelligent controller, magnetic coupler, electric heater, PT100 thermalmeter, high sealing effect flanges and valves. Magnetic sealing coupler Core technology: Static sealing, magnetic transmission High pressure and high tempearture ᆞ The cylinder wall's thickness is well selected to with stand pressure upto 2.5Mpa. ᆞ The main flange is reinforced to offer high sealing and sufficient strength. ᆞ The ports and gauges for this feature are applied accordingly. Component for gas-liquid phases medium ᆞ A plug-in to bottom pipe with gas distributor is appled, so that the hydrogen gas could get into the liquid medium in the form of small and uniform bubbles. ᆞ The stirring speed could be high because the density of gas-liquid phases is small. And a bigger magnetic with more space for coolant is applied. And it is result a using of the manual steeve for this contraption, because the weight of parts over reactor head becomes very big. |

Temperature adjusting components Because the hydrogentation process is started from endothermic and ended at exothermic processes, the components for both heating and cooling are needed. Electric heating jacket ᆞ There are a lot of types of optional heating and cooling method within our company's design. The jacket heating method is the most commen type used, as it supports temeprature raising from 0 to 400°C , that could cover most of the heating requirement. ᆞ In this application, we use electric heater with proper power to heat the thermal oil inside the jacket. By this kind of indirection heating, the medium could receive uniform heating ratio, so the hydrogenation is steady enough and controllable. |
Intelligent PID controller ᆞ The frequency conversion is applied to regulate the stirring speed. ᆞ The temperature accurate of this controller is upto +/-1°C, which is a very suitable for the hydrogenation reaction. ᆞ The pressure value is monitor by the controller via a 4-20ma transmiter on the pressure gauge. Together with the electric valves on the inlet/outlet ports, the remotecontrol of the pressure can be realized. |
